jump in the pit once and you're life will change forever just let the music drive you nuts i've never been injured in over 100+ shows. To me it is the best way to release all of you're problems and enjoy one hell of a night... oh and i am seeing against me! at the end of the month i can't wait to go insane :P

Oh I've done my time in the mosh pit and crowd surfing and such, don't you worry! Hehehe. You are right, it can be a great way to release stress! Nothing beats it, except being on the stage, screaming down the mic with your own band and I've had the good fortune to do that, too :-D
