I'm assuming it's do with greed from those in power not doing anything to assist those in need. "Tell me how you sleep at night It doesn't seem fair How the hell you dreaming When the world's a nightmare Didn't hear a single word we said 'Cause we're screaming out loud But it seems our cries Were just another lullaby" Essentially the planet is crying out for those with the ability to help to do so, citizens are pleading for help and yet those with the ability to help do very little and effectively our cries are just a lullaby before they fall asleep in their worry free mansions.
