If you see random satyrs and gallia colours it isn't THAT hard to guess. I mean if you maindeck unmoored ego (which you shouldn't) but IF you do I think you have a quite good understanding of the format.

@@silversylvis Mono red is easy to beat if you are playing bo1 consider things like orzhov midrange or esper hero of precint one. Oath of kaya and cheap removal is autowin against red. In bo3 just run more hate in your sideboard

I have a strong suspicion that the broken red cards in the last 2 sets were designed under the presumption that Oko and food decks would be a thing. Oko is a great answer for both Embercleave and Anax. Food is a good counteraction against agression. Without Oko monored is once again way too good.

The combo finish with Royal Scions is cute, but I think you're missing a huge amount of power by going into blue overall. If you stay gruul colors, you can put Torbran in the scions' spot and be pinging for 3 a pop when you discard. Maybe even splash a few jund lands to support Rix Maadi Revelers.

I have a Gallia deck that focus a bit more on satyr beats. Interestingly it's also Temur. The plan of my deck is Protean Thaumaturge into Anax to get 4 Satyr tokens on turn 3 and then play into a Gallia to hit for 8 with Satyr tokens. It also uses Spark Double and Heraldic Banner for more buff. Aggro mirrors mostly hurt because of shocks or tapped lands. Lifegain match ups are only possible if I can shoot down every creature that gets +1/+1 counters for lifegain. Controll works okay (because the deck is focused more against aggro mirrors with no sb). And for normal Midrange it mostly janks the opponent out by cloning one fo the midrange Threats with Protean Thaumaturge instead XD. Its a blast (when it works)

Thrill of Possibility is the card you're thinking of. I don't think the Satyrs are that bad, but the are matchup dependent.
