Skeem You're doing a good job bro.. but you interrupt too much .. allow him to finish the story and let it flow before you interrupt. You can even chunk the interview into multiple episode if time is of essence. The main problem is that you don't wait for your guest to finish the point. Allow your guest to finish the point and then put your own point you want to drive. Wena Skeem as soon as you have a point in your mind, you immediately want to express it whilst the guest is flowing, we as viewers end up with many unfinished nuggets of interests.

Skeem must understand that as an interviewer,he is supposed to ask the questions & speak much less than the interviewee...he must let the guest answer in an uninterrupted manner.The whole thing becomes boring if Skeem is the one talking too much.

I am laughing cos I remember that vivicly " 2004 July the Vip ' s group, they made us ran for two rounds each one of us carrying all of his / her bags, and remember ladys with big bags, call a parade immediately, non of us knew about it. That happened on our first day, particularly first five minutes we landed at Pta West Saps College before the functional members came.
