@@ps-dh8ef I think it's a guitar giving feedback, or maybe a special device called an ebow that can perpetually vibrate the strings. If you like it then the song Limbs by them has it as well

This album is perfect in my opinion. I wouldn't change a second. I listened to it whilst reading 2000ads 'Kingdom' and it went so perfectly, I will forever hear 'Gene the Hack Man's' voice as these vocals. Then after I finished the comic I did some trance-dance to the music and during the trance the line 'a curse on those...' came through clear as day... I used to live in the woods, until my home was destroyed by developers. Perfect album.
