Yup it's a cephalopod. Most Cephalopoda had armor to survive being NOM NOMS for marine reptiles and other marine organisms. Modern day nautilus didn't lose its shell. And nautilus is a cephalopod! I would watch a video on nautilus because they swim funny due to their eyes on the side of there head and the shell making it swim derpy! Love the video by the way your channel is awesome!

Ok science time! Here we go: On your point is ammonitie a species of a group of species - most people don't realize what you refer to as a species of dinosaur, say velociraptor for example, is actually a genus and in the case of velociraptor there are two species, one of which is a fairly recent discovery. This is also what lend to the confusion with the raptors in JP. I believe it was 1985 but I could be wrong, Deinonychus antirrhopus was classified as a species of velociraptor and it was these species that was featured in the novel and film (Also Grant mentions this to Tim in the book - go read you guys who haven't). Also Megalodon is NOT a genus but is in fact the species name - its full name is charcharadon megalodon - which is the same genus as the modern white shark. To put that in perspective how closely related they are both lions and tigers belong to the genus panthera, let that sink it a bit. There's your science lesson PLEASE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT it annoys me when people use genus and species names interchangeably

A cephalopod is a type of mollusc (in the same phylum as clams and mussels, snails, slugs, chitons, etc). A crustacean is a group of athropod (related to all the insects and other nasty creepies). The "shell" of a crustacean is just it's exoskeleton, like the exoskeleton of any other athropod. That ammonite is more closely related to a snail, then it is to a crab.

It would make no sense to have common aquatics. You never realized this because you started playing on day one, but aquatic battles aren't unlocked until level 25, so getting commons and rares at that level would be useless. That's why in 2019, they changed all the rare cenozoics as well to higher rarities.

About the Blue a Ringed Octopus, I'm certain it can still kill you, it is very dangerous, but you can be treated for it. Something like the Stone Fish is something that gives you a crap ton of pain, but it can't kill you easily. EDIT: Yeah you're pretty much right, you can die from the suffocation/asphyxiation it's venom causes.

Beaver, just to let you know there are 4 different kinds of bot algorithm in live arena, tournament and infite battles. its randomaized what you are gonna face. the first bot you mentioned is the agressive bot. the one you faced now is the conservative bot. there is also the defensive and unpredictable bot. usually in their first two turns, you can figure out what kind of bot they are. the special event bots only uses the conservative approach (except for the "NO K.O." event where the bots also have randomizers)

I have to fight a level 40 spino raptor , a level 30 indominus , and a level 40 stegoceratops and my best creatures are lvl 40 T. rex , lvl 30 pteranodon, and lvl 30 sarcosuchus ... Hey Beaver I am a huge fan and I just want to let you know that ammonite is a mollusk but also is not. Ammonite is a type of creature called a Nautiulid, which is a sort of mix between a crustacean (shell) and mollusk (tentacles). Most people say it "Nautilus", which is actually the first Nautilid discovered, hence the name. Keep making awesome videos, keep making people happy, and one special request from me... It's a Cephalopods & Ammonites living relatives are Octopus, Spud, Cuttlefish. Another relative would be the Pearly Nautilus which is the only modern living Cephalopods. With a hard external shell that work just like a Ammonites

Ammonites were indeed actual creatures, and had many species over many millions of years. They were cephalopods, and Nautili are not a subspecies or species of ammonite. They evolved separately, but side by side, having had a common ancestor.

They are probably putting in the commons and rares because in the future people who just start wont have unlocked the others. But they might either put those in the store or do pack battle unlocks in the future, for those people. So they might be planning to release a full lagoon story, like the regular story. This is where commons and rares com into play. Also if they do lagoon tournaments, all you would have is legendaries and super rares. This would take much longer, unless you hack and can buy your creatures back. Understand now?
