There is no greater gift than to have peace, an inner stillness, that is not conditioned upon the phenomenal circumstances of life. Enjoying peace in the midst of a storm is priceless. The mind is like A.I., the chatter of the inner dialog is endless. Identifying with the dramas of the mind, that's like giving your peace, your joy over to the mind to use as a battery. The mind is a separate entity, and it must be observed as such. It's impossible to control the mind, don't try.
