Very well explained, thank you very much Sir. After seeing this video, I decided to buy Agaro insted of bosch. Many customers have mentioned in Amazon about poor customer service. Thought of calling customer support team to check warranty terms and conditions. Called up customer service number no less than 10 times. Either call is not answered or goes to voicemail. After leaving voicemail, didn't get any return call either. Droped the idea of Agaro. Feel better to buy Bosch where i can expect better customer service.
