Honestly you made a mistake with your leaders to allow rubbish to be dropped in your area. KCCA is the worst run institution in uganda. No nearby district should allow kampala rubbish to be dumped in their locality. KCCA will tell you lies of what they are going to do to mitigate the damage, but they will always do nothing. They just want a comfortable life for themselves only.
