Cuz if so that means she says them too early and does a blank trance at the appropriate moment. Meaning she won't say "Get off me" can't tell the others to "Try and save Agatha" and, scariest for me cuz I adore her, won't warn Alice to stop doing something she clearly shouldn't 😢😢

I think there might be other times she said things that people didn't question it, but it actually applies to a future event. For example in this episode she said "three of swords" while Jen was healing Teen. And it's not the first tarot card she mentioned. She said "high priestess" when she met Jen. Maybe instead of a comment about Jen's stature, it was meant for a future episode.

I’m wondering if they’re going to have to remember what she’s been saying to solve one of the tests. Just had a creepy thought. What if she dies before the test but it’s her words leading them in spirit that gets them through. I think there’s lyrics in the ballad that suggests something like that someone could die and still lead them. That might be a way that happens.

I feel that one of the main reasons that Rio was the one that got summoned (other than plot) was because Lilia asked that the green witch summoned be "the best at her craft" and if Rio is truly *THE* Green Witch as she says, there'd be no one better at her craft, so she'd be "the best". I'm also really curious to find out the deal with Lilia's random spontaneous visions.

I loved this version of the Ballot and really creative that they explained that Lorna’s mom wrote a different version of the original. So when when they sing it and it comes to Lorna’s chorus, that’s some of the changes Lorna’s mom made to protect her daughter. So while she was preforming this altered version it wasn’t specifically to open the road but to become a big enough hit that it’s always played thus protecting Lorna.

I agree with you that the way Teen was thrown through the glass and gravely injured - not burned on the shoulders like everyone else - felt weird. Early in the episode Rio was staring at Teen in the mirror and Agatha just said, “No.” Then when Teen was bleeding out Agatha turned to Rio and seemed to be pleading with her not to take his life. If she is some sort of reaper, maybe she’s coming for Teen because he’s already cheated death? Joe Locke’s name in the end credits is paired with a newspaper headline that says “Near Death in Westview.” There’s probably more to it than that, but there has to be something going on there.

We met Lillia at first, Agatha had her do a reading, which she then produced a list of names that included her name. This is proof that she's an actual psychic with a mental connection to the other side that allows it to speak through her without her knowing it. The big question is whether it's one person or a group communicating.

The ballad is so good. So far there have been three arrangements, three entirely different styles, lyric differences appropriate to the use and still it is always such a good song. Plus with lyrics as episode titles and the song woven through the plot and dialogue in so many ways, this is done way better than the way most shows would insert a musical number

So here's the thing that I feel everyone is missing and it's from Episode 3. Alice said that the WOMEN in her family were cursed, not the men. Teen is part of the coven (and I believe he has been from the start even if no one realized it) so he shares the 'blessings and burdens', but he can't be burned like the women in the coven since the curse is for women. This means the curse had to PHYSICALLY attack him to try to do its job.

You’ve got good instincts! Rio being Death is a strong theory. You also noticed Agatha glancing at Rio and saying “Don’t” when Teen was bleeding out. And don’t worry about not reading the comics, Jac Schaeffer the showrunner doesn’t tie her shows like Wandavision very closely to the comics. There are references and inspirations and Rio is an original character.

It makes sense since she is a precognitive and can see the future (and presumably past as well) so her mind might be jumbled with past/future knowledge due to that. Lilia is a clairvoyant with divination abilities. She can move thru time to see and participate in the past, present and future. Rio is confirmed as of now to be "Lady Death", a cosmic entity who collects the dead but cannot kill or be killed. I love your show, your reactions are hilarious! Also dearie, it is a theory in the Marvel World that Sharon may not have been real after all, but Rio pretending to be her to spy on the coven before they summon her later. I am not so sure...Sharon is a cutie and shoukd come back at the end!!❤

You may be onto something with the attack on Teen being quite different from the others. Lilia, Jen, and Agatha were attacked by the Curse invisibly landing on their shoulders and burning them, with that smoke effect. But Teen was instead pushed -- or so it seemed. I suppose we have to consider the unlikely possibility that he magicked himself into the glass, maybe for Agatha-sympathy points, or maybe for "am I now in the coven" points. I definitely suspect that he put the sigil on himself and the sigil's magic made him forget he did it.

I'm about 80% certain Rio is the one who attacked Teen, using the demon as an excuse to get away with it. The curse demon burned everyone else, but Teen was thrown through the sound booth - just like how Agatha was being ragdolled after Rio blew her door down.

Bc she whispered to Lilia that the only way she could steal her powers is if she blasted her. Why would she need to whisper otherwise? Plus she mentioned he was strong enough to break the hex the Scarlet Witch put on her. I do believe she cares for him, but I believe she mainly wants his powers. Plus she currently has no powers. So having a “bodyguard” around is a smart thing to do. When you have tons of enemies. Like in episode 2 she didn’t let him stay down there with them bc she needed him to stall the Salem 7 basically.
