I think Joes Character is definitely Billy because there’s been a pattern with recent marvel projects of introducing who we’re gonna get as potential young avengers. Casey Lang in Quantumania, Ms Marvel, Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, Patriot in FATWS, America Chavez in MOM and maybe Infinity, Thors daughter from Love and Thunder (although I have my theories as to who she really is) it’ll make sense to introduce the twins soon. I suspect Tommy may appear in White Vision series.

Yeah the Young Avengers thing does make us more inclined to believe he's Wiccan, but can't shake the feeling something really fishy is going on 👀
