First time I ever figured out the killer before the reveal of a Christie novel. As soon as I heard the quote “I’ll send her packing” I knew it was not about the younger sister. .

@@MargaretWright-bo8is I literally just listened to that one last night while mowing. My first thought was the same as yours - I'm guessing the phone call seemed very convenient to you? I then dismissed it because it reminded me of another Christie novel and I didn't think she would have gone to the well twice. In the other book, can't remember the name for the life of me, the killer uses a seance to falsely establish the time of death and then skis to the murder location during a snowstorm, but everyone assumed he walked the two hours needed.
