I am a great detective, though I 've been doubting my crime- solving abilities Admittedly, this is the first case I've been able to solve before Poirot all week. 🤣🤣🤣

I almost like the way this was read. There are just a few weird things that make me think this is a very sophisticated machine. Like, what human would choose to pronounce Jean as a common French male name rather than a common English female name, when the character is a woman in England? But then the inflections and voices are too varied for an AI. But the occasional glitches are unnerving, are they expletives, tape cuing/ overdub mistakes? Ah well, I mostly enjoyed it either way.

30:24 has one of the [many] glitches I was referring to.

Yes, AI. quite amusing.

If I were a betting woman, I'd bet it is machine-read.

I agree, it's AI, made to sound like Hugh Fraser.

@jasonkfrazier84 having gone through MANY of this channels videos to read comments, it's Hugh Fraser that everyone assumes is linked in some way - I'd say that with the voice being based/modelled on Hugh Frasers and then using the NAME Fraser, it seems a rather blatant ploy to attract a share of Hugh Frasers fans, not yours !

It is lovely to listen to stories read beautifully by Jason Fraser. The quality of the pronunciation and earnest reading draws the listener in, as well as the timber of his voice.
