Thank you! I shall do so 😊 Somebody just replied "False" to my comment about the ending so I thought perhaps they'd fixed it, but it still ends in mid air!! I just tested the end...🤷🏻‍♀️ I've got engrossed in Alexander McCall Smith's books (The Sunday Philosophy Club and 44 Scotland Street series - paperback, not audio book, unfortunately) so had left Agatha for another day, but I'll find out how this ended in the meantime!! Thank you! 😄

This is a fun story that is very well read. Unfortunately, either in the original recording or in the reposting, the last of the story is missing. The beginning recitation of the front flap of the hardcover book and the details of the author were unnecessary, but this is an old recording and I suppose that issue cannot be addressed. I hope this channel can find the complete recording and add to this edition.

I lived in UK, in Newbury of all places, from 1996 to 2000 - I still remember it as the golden age of my life. We went to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon all the time, all year round. It wasn't as bad as it is described here, but it was as attractive and as medieval and picturesque as you can want. we had the time of our lives! met my husband there. we went back for a long week-end (5 days long 🤭) 2012 for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was as modernized, as over-populated and as "mall fashion" as described here.
