If I'm not mistaken, Raven isn't a witch as such, plus her magic is superior to chaos magic and Marvel magic in general. It must be taken into account that there is an abysmal difference between the Wanda from Westview and base Raven, who in this case wouldn't be just any rookie, already possesses extensive training and knowledge of her powers and abilities as a demon and sorceress.I think Raven would win albeit with difficulty.
