I just got mine's today! I'm already in love with it. It's going to be a great PCP to take along while big game hunting. When It's a slow day but their squirrels running around. Bring home the squirrel and if you see a big game. It's quite not to spook the big game.

No, only the Texan 457 has the TX2 valve right now. This does have the new Ring-Loc valve though, which gives a ton of power. You can put a larger tank on it of course. But without a longer barrel you will run into diminishing returns with the power it's capable of.

stone10473 talon ss does not have a striker weight or a high flow valve . The talon p does and produces higher velocitys . Talon ss is quieter i think. Talon p is a condor with a short barrel and smaller air tank .

The stock is listed in Airforce's catalogue. I am not sure about the suppressor but you could always get a different suppressor like the ones from ronin.

DOES NOT COME WITH THE QUICK RELEASE LEVER FOR BUTT STOCK. I found an M5 sized 20mm long hardware thumbscrew and a M5 sized 12mm ABS spacer that works well to use as a quick release to open and close the stock. Parts were easy to find and not expensive. Airgun Depot should include them with their $900 combo. Yeah they disclose it in the notes they aren't included but I missed that. They should update the video. The link to the "Definitive Guide" also doesn't disclose that the combo doesn't include the quick release lever, though they spend a paragraph talking about it.

I own the talon P, I believe I have #200. It is awesome and fast loading because the breach is so roomy and it accommodates all lengths of pellets and slugs which a mag won't do. It is an insult to suggest this was an attempt to copy a leshy, for power, durability, reliability, versatility, accuracy and cost there is no equal. I have enjoyed it since 2011 without any failures. 18 inch lothar walther barrel and Tony Anuzzi shroud 200yrds is sneaky and easy. Leshy's multi shot just means it can repeatedly not be as good as my Talon P. and cost you more not to do it.

I want to love these...but....I purchased one about 6 months ago. The air from my tank dumps out all of its air after less than 10 shots. Not a fun thing!!! Sent it back to the manufacturer- took forever to get back- and it still dumps all its air. Just do not understand it. I’ve been shooting for 40 years. I know my way around these. Sooo unhappy.

yup, you shoot these down very far and they dump... it's a byproduct of using a knock-open poppet valve and trying to get max power out of the thing... add a regulator & plenum, reduce the strength of the spring, lower the preload... and you'll get more shots before it does it. Airforce never meant for it to be a 200 shot "wunderwaffen"

I had the same thing happen, their quality control isn't that good. Luckily I know how to work on them so I was able to replace the bad oring and the bad factory gauge. They are great pcp's but that's the only bummer. The upside is there are a ton of available parts and info online. Also, the platform is easy to work on.

The lighter NSA hollow points do well, 29gr & 33.5 and the 34 domed. You may have to open the leade a little though, to make loading them easier. Very easy to do with a dremel and valve grinding compound. I haven't tried the NSA 26.8gr, but wouldn't hesitate in ordering a box to try, my next order will definitely grab a box to try out.

In the end .25-06 is more powerful than any .25 airgun is realistically going to be, .45-70-500 black powder is more powerful than any .45 air rifle out there, and .357 max is more powerful than any .35 air rifle.... and the ammunition's more convenient.
