Btw one advice for you all folks If you don't have same army as their(country you are sending ultimatum to) they won't give any provinces, only vassalazition and then annex Once you have more army then their population be free and take how many provinces you want

im playing as ottoman in 1440 right now and I sent 10000 troops to Japan and invaded all the small city states one by one now I own all of Japan as the ottomans lol. Japan is a easy target in 1440 you can annex it all easily and it has lots of population and economy

i took half of japan and my vassal owned an eighth of japan and i allied with most the nations but the ming dynasty had a HUGE foothold in there and allied with all of china and some japanese houses and they fucked us up and took basically all of japan
