The Byzantine wonder is not a mosque. It's a church. The byzantines were orthodox christians not muslim.

Farre88 The byzantine wonder is Hagia Sophia. It was a intially an orthodox christian Church which got converted to a mosque in 15th century.

Towers are awesome, I guess i like them cause i'm more of a defensive player. they usualy contribute to most of my score, if you put them regularly enough, and with 5 archers in each, you only need to worry about canons and catapults. I enjoyed the discussion, in tribute to this when i next play a filmed multiplayer i'll play as the Celts to try and find something to defend them with XD But again thanks! :D

(Clampman) Yeah, I like the vikings also. One of my favorite things about them is the fact their special units can heal them selves over time! Though they are not a nation id pick if i were in a cavalry mood XD

I like the Teutons, mainly cause im a liker of strong base defense and you can store twice the archers in their tower than the other civs can, plus their farms are 33% cheaper! and i belve that the teutonic nights are the most powerful infantry in the game, though they are probably the slowest... and also pretty darn expensive...

The conquistadors are awesome! though again the navy never really bothered me, and there special tech, i cant remember the name of it but i gives there villagers higher attack, is a bit crummy. and i think their special units are very expensive though i don't remember all too well. :) I used to play the Japanese a LOT, but they are again a strong navel civ, though there samurai are pretty good, i feel like if your opponent knows what there doing, they're doing they'll use...

(Clampman) Byzantines certainly have the largest tech tree, I have played them a lot in the past, though i'd disagree about the cataphracts though I've found there usually a bit of a disappointment. Although i like the Byzantines i feel they don't specialize enough, bit to much of a jack of all trades. :) and i can never be bothered with navies, no idea why, just never wanted to put in the effort. (opinion)

Huns i would say are the easiest nation to play, especially for starting out, or earlier fights. cause their Tarkans are AWESOME! especially against buildings! i think that i've taken down castles with just twenty. though i find their major flaws are in defence from what i remember they don't have fortified walls, and im sure they only have access to the first tier of tower. which i don't like :(. but they are a great nation.

Vikings rock. Great eco due to free wheelbarrow, handcart upgrades. Decent archers and infantry, siege is decent as well. If you like ships, no other civ is better than the vikings!

... soliders and wipe out a troop. there civ special tech i think make treuchets pack and unpack faster, which i guess is good. ^^(Clampman btw)

as for the mayans, not really a fan but i prefer melee in this game, but there special unit, plumed archer i think its called, they are cheap and fast moving (plus) but there attack is crap, there defense is crap and their range from what i remember is also crap. not a huge fan...

Ive always taken the worst nation, or the most dificult, to be the goths. il finish this later. got to be some where, stay tuned! :)
