you can select multiple provinces in the economy tab by holding down middle click and dragging your mouse

what button do you click to move your army one by one

If my whole army is one division I can click on the division and then right click on a province to move the whole army. If I have split my army in multiple divisions, I have to click on those divisions separately to move them to different provinces. (First I left click on the division to select it, then I right click on the province that I want my divisions to go to.
