VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE FUTURE: the first mission of the chinese campaing is bugged, when you will restart the mission DO NOT SKIP the intro otherwise you will screw the triggers and you will start in a age you would not supposed to be, drastically increasing the overall difficulty.

With flaming blades god power and bunch of throwing axemen, you kill Nidhog quite easily (sort of). You can heal them with walkiries behind or make a castle or two with them too.

if you're trying to lure enemy troops to a spot you should try not walling yourself in completely, but opening up a tiny spot where the enemy can "enter" (though you could make it a tiny maze) and the ai will send troops through there instead of attacking your walls somewhere.

If you use all of your fire weapons godly power at the same time you keep the buff from all of them but the last one, making it easier, I rushed to the temples for them and was easier

Well played viper. No restarts. Your persistence is great. The endless wave after wave was too frustrating for me. And i gave up several times to come back later and retry. What I've noticed in your style is that you dont take losses too seriously and quickly move on. Ur buildings kept getting destroyed and your dwarves were slaughtered several times but u kept hanging on. I guess thats whats required for these games. I get so annoyed when i take too many losses that it discourages me to play on and i rage quit. Still havent finished the chinese campaign on titan difficulty coz i cant beat the first scenario. Looking forward to seeing how you tackle it.

Here's a Pro tip:however controls those 3 piles of gold win the game,since the ai doesn't have a steady income of gold so he will use his second TC to trade with the market,destroy it by sneaking down some rams down the map and it's gg

In my opinion you underestimate the strength of walkiries: cost only food, fast, strong and heal all (making lot of spare). In any case, waste norse god power won by fight only (kills by humans only), is not good at all.

Please remember that counterunits and mythic units are VERY important. At some point enemy were using mostly cavarly units (that can "easily" be countered with infantry, NOT trowing axeman) and mythic units takes low dmg from non-hero units so they survive much longer And Valkiries can heal your troops, keeping they alive during and after fights so no need to rebuild the entire army after every fight Hope you find this interesting and keep it on mind for the future

I think you avercomplicated this final mission ironically by over exploring and by build the extra town center. That mission is relatively easy once you consolidate your base and build you army already.

Those Vipers (Jormund Elver) in the water saved Viper's ass in so many fights. They have an insane 42 pierce attack that they can decimate the army like nothing.

Great job! Still u need here trowing axeman, since 75% of the enemy has INFANTRY. Ulfsarks for the HORSE cause they are OP. And u still do calvary, huskarls and Hersier wich are trash here... the ones with 11 gold had gold from their trip to viper's north tc relative to his market in the north. when they have 23(?) they're the distance on the map from the east tc to his north market because they came from that market. when they reach both the east tc and his south market once it re evaluates the trade properly to the 78(?) gold that viper was expecting them to have

Nope,tested it many MANY times it's practically impossible unless you somehow destroy the ennemi trade route and control the three piles and micro manage your base and the defense in the short period of peace u get in the begining,it's posible but insanely difficult if you ask me

You seemed surprised that the 10 g/trip carts were making you a lot of money. These are estimates. - 33 carts ~ 32 second round trip ~ 10 gold per trip On average you're getting 10 gold/sec. Yes, that is a lot of population space, but that isn't a slow income by any means.

Imma say this Biper. The China campaign is visibly and narratively worse than any of the other ones by a wide margin. Maps are simple, like they were put together by a teenager using map editor for the first time and the story is completely flat.
