This is old, I know, but it does appear to be Hard Mode on this one tutorial, but the title of the video is “normal mode.” That said, why does normal mode seem so much harder sometimes?

Can someone tell me if there's *any* advantage to using a gun turret instead of a laser (other than it being cheap) - given that they're both single-target? I can't get squat done with gun turrets. Lasers all the way.

Hi Nima, lasers are best boss killers since they have continuous single target damage boost. Lasers always target the strongest units. Gun turrets are also single target but they target the weakest. So lasers may let weaker mobs pass through, and you need a strategically placed gun turret. Turrets also have a wider range.

However in infinite zombie mode I don’t use any gun turrets, mostly lasers.

That is strange. It could be a game update, but I don't think they touched tower in over 2 years, I can check again.
