Age of Origins: how to hide your troops before attacking

Steps for hiding troops before attacking during Void:
1. Save your attack fleet to one of the available vehicle queues
2. Send your attack fleet away to a: zombie (heal any troops the zombie wounded before attacking your target city), tile (make sure to recall before it actually reaches the tile), power ore mine, or a fake 30 minute city ruin rally
3. Hide the remaining fleets. Order of priority to hide them are: fake 30 minute city ruin rallies, power ore mine, tile at the edge of the map.
4. Recall your attack fleet or wait for it to return depending on what you did in step 2
5. Attack your target
6. After the attack is over, putting a shield on right away is the safest course of action. You can also risk trying to hide your troops immediately upon returning, but this is not recommended due to game lag. And you still are exposed to losing resources.
If this is Battle Frenzy, then holding fake rallies on cities is equally as fine as holding fake rallies on city ruins

What if you want to attack multiple targets and expect some troop loss? Do you just use a fleet that is short the ones that died in prior attacks?

@@toddh2000 there are a number of things you can do. If you plan on attacking smaller targets, I think just using your remaining fleet is fine. If you plan on attacking higher risk targets and lost a noticeable number of troops on your last attack, then one option is hiding a fleet dedicated to carrying extra troops you want to add back in a separate rally. Then disband the rally and add back your desired troops to your main fleet, then hide the extra troops again in a rally. An easy way of going about this would be to save the extra troops fleet as one of your configured fleets
