I think once you get the skill or stat line you want , You should bump treasure up to KYOC level before rolling so that you get higher stats

I think that would be after you're done with everything. If you just get 1 of the 2, you might wanna do some more rolls, and who knows, you might get something sell-able. And you don't wanna waste the 10 fw to upgrade then just sell it. For higher stats, yes you needa upgrade it to class 12 before working on the stats so that you could get good numbers on the treasure.

After having the treasure that you wanted ! You will have to spend 10 firewash platforms to upgrade it from c6 to c12, which is KYOC level ! Thanks for asking !
