snail buffed 4th sets and 2 basic sets for each school, so my guess is that eventually they will buff 3rd basic set and maybe 5th set.

i have watched a vid about scholar twin sword being very powerful which it was an abandoned set from all scholars. I am very curious about school sets reworked now. Does it make the game more balance?

i do not think that devs ever though to balance the game. We have skill sets purely for fun (a lot of them) and skill sets that are good at something. Wudang rework twin sword set can shoot down people from air and do some combo on them. Scholars twin sword set is probably a better support set now. WV palm set was reworked and buffed, now it looks like a good long range set.
