Kopak Apong(Banana Beer): Age Old traditional Kopak Apong, which prepared with Banana and Apop kusere (yeast cake). Nowadays rare use of this Apong. Banana Apong is perfect for this Summer. Here I have used Athiya Kol/ Bhim kol. Athiya Kol is an indigenous variety of seeded banana found in Assam.
Purang: Purang is a Mising traditional steamed sticky bora rice wrapped in Tora leaves(scented leaves). Mostly prepared on the occasion of Alí A:ye Lígang (Mising Festival).
Péréd Oying: (Black Gram Curry) Péréd oyíng is also a traditional Curry of Mising Tribe. Péréd can be cooked with Chicken, Pork ( Meat Choice is yours).
