PLEASE RAISE THE ISSUE ..Among 669 new jkpsi posts , after horizontal reservation of 6% esm and 15% girls(total 21%)which mainly gets filled from Open Merit , the posts for Open merit will remain about 140..absolutey heartbreaking for open merit students..In the last jkpsi exam there was 6% horizontal reservation(72 seats and from those 53 seats were filled from OM) i.e almost 5% of that got filled from OM . In the new one there is horizontal reservation of 21% and ofcourse 60% already reserved for ST1, ST2, RBA, OSC, ALC/IB, EWS .Which means almost 81% of seats will be filled by reservation and 21% for OM only. Worst of the worst times to be an OM .
