Took my California Real Estate Examination earlier today. While I was nervous and anxious about it, I felt confident once I started taking the Exam. Hands down Prep Agent was an important studying tool. Quick Tips: Study the vocabulary and take as many practice exams as you can. Even though I passed the exam I will be upgrading my account to premium just for the simple fact that the information is valuable and always having it on hand will definitely come in handy. Can't thank you enough Joe!

@prepagent Thanks so much for such awesome videos! My course & instructor were ok but I'm a visual learner so I was still having trouble to retain how some of this stuff works & failed my 1st attempt. However, this video along w/ a few of your others really helped me to clearly understand & remember definitions better for the exam. I passed with flying colors on my 2nd attempt today!! Woohoo!! Truly a lifesaver...btw, I passed in Illinois :-)

question, if you're representing a seller and a buyer tells you they would possibly offer 10,000 more and they want that confidential. wouldn't you keep that confidential or would that effect your honesty to your client. What duties do you owe the buyer?

Does anyone have a suggestion of anything else to study? I hear study the vocab all the time however I’m not sure what material to obtain and study. I’m not a great test taker and came up short by 5 questions the first time I took the exam.

Joe is there a way we can implement our own vocabulary definitions and use those SAME definitions we wrote and paraphrased for flash cards on prep agent? Because I’m having a hard time studying the vocab sheet. So many words and so many wordy definitions.

Good video. But its misleading. You need to know MUCH more than this to do well on your exam.
