I'm not going to lie I have only slept for 3 hours today but I don't do this on The daily but it happens often where I sleep only 3 hours a day, it's not impossible it's just improbable. Like barely any people sleep that long but I guess it's just night owl syndrome you feel me. Cuz I've definitely slept three to two hours at least a couple times in my life and it's definitely not healthy and I recently talked to my doctor about it and she says I might have insomnia but I'm going to see a therapist to find out.
