Yeah they did him dirty for sure, he definitely didn't run it as well as he could've. 1 - renting this house wasn't a good idea, rent had to have been an insane amount and was a big financial strain for sure 2 - Uploads were very inconsistent 3 - Content was very unoriginal and not authentic whatsoever 4 - he brought in bad people to the org (like Derek) Overall I still liked it and I think rad has a really good vision but he just didn't execute it very well

agent has some of the best content ive seen from orgs each org video I watch it always seems scripted it doesnt seem real or authentic agent made it feel real everything was just clips from daily lives and thats the type of content I love real authentic and true to your self. RAD READ THIS!!! I feel bad for you Rad, but at the same time what's happening is kinda your fault... Let me tell you why. 1 - First of all leasing this mansion was a terrible idea, it had to have been at least 20k+ a month in rent so that definitely put a massive financial strain on everyone. 2 - Signing some of these guys was a mistake, and I'll tell you why. First of all Derek literally is a predator and has been exposed so his reputation is awful, Bucke & Cented are always making jokes about underage girls, which isn't okay whatsoever. I know they're just jokes but still... joke about something else. Derek, Bucke, Cented & Pilat seem like complete snakes. Rad you need to use your intuition & moral compass when signing people. 3 - The youtube uploads were very inconsistent. Then when you would upload it was very unoriginal & unauthentic content, really just not entertaining at all. It was basically just house tours, setup tours, stream clips & then unoriginal and boring videos like "ranking KZbinrs products" or "what's in the box". Obviously not all the videos were unentertaining, I personally enjoyed the documentary style videos which were authentic. You needed more original and authentic content & you just didn't have that. It seemed like you guys put almost no effort into some of the videos, this is why it was so difficult for you to find a reliable & consistent sponsor. If you were a sponsor would you have invested in a gaming org who isn't yet established in esports and their content was inconsistent? No you wouldn't. Conclusion - At the end of the day I do feel terrible for you Rad and I can see the pain in your eyes, but you kinda ran the org into the ground with some of your decisions. Obviously I don't know everything, this is just my thoughts looking in from the outside. Anyways I hope you learn from this Rad, even though it seems like I'm hating; I'm not. I actually am a big fan of yours, hence why I'm being so brutally honest. I'll be praying for you, hope you can build agent back up! Good luck brotha ❤💯
