There were 7 episodes written for a second season, but since Nickelodeon cancelled and she lost the rights, the only way she was able to create anything on her own were the April Fools' "Making Friends" and "Making Beans" shorts.

Holy crap...the guy that hosts Talking Dead is the guy that did this promo? AND he was in Back at the Barnyard? How did I never know this? o_o This was my absolute favorite TV show/webshow in middle school, and I still adore it to this day. It's a shame that the TV series was cancelled so soon...but at least Nicktoons brings it back every October for Halloween. It's gonna be on tomorrow night, as a matter of fact. How sad...the show probably would have gotten more exposure had it been allowed to premiere on the main channel. :c Also, OMG! That's AMAZING! JoeLikesSkyr I grew up on the Flash animated series back in the day. Won the first art contest when I was 12. But I was out-of-the-loop when it aired on TV, because my dad couldn't afford paid channels. The Nickelodeon version was originally meant to air on the main channel, not Nicktoons.

@@CosmicSponge2004 ​ I was a mega fan of Making Fiends since age 10 when only Episode 1 of the web series was out. And then there's the art contest I won when I was 12. So you can imagine how I felt so let-down and betrayed when the switch from Nickelodeon to the paid obscure Nicktoons channel was announced. I didn't get around to watching the Nick series until I was in my mid-20's, because of that, over the Internet. Sad it never got past 1 season either. They really could have tapped into the "Invader Zim" demographic with this. And it was less controversial and less expensive than "Invader Zim", too. I'd think it'd be a smart decision to make this a flagship Nickelodeon show, but I guess parents have gotten softer since the 90's, and/or Nickelodeon has an agenda to dumb their content down, as opposed to their edgy 90's/early 2000's phase. But uhhhh, why not relinquish the rights, if they're just going to let this show and all its characters collect dust? It's infuriating.
