That look on Gonzalez’s face when Coulson gives him the cube. I know he turned out decent, but just the style of Coulson casually in forming him that Fury’s still alive and brushing him off to speak to Hill, it’s such a nice subtle way of sending the message, “Whatever you might think, we are still in charge.” Edit: I also love the look on Hill’s face when Coulson mentions Gonzalez puts everything to a vote. She’s not wrong though, SHIELD is a paramilitary organization, putting everything to a vote is an incredibly stupid and inefficient way to run such an organization.

Stumbled upon this. Forgot how integrated some of the earlier seasons were before the TV franchise was completely spun off. Seeing Colbie Smothers reminded me of all the things that happened earlier on. Like Lady Sith for one episode. That all went away when Fiege decided to keep the two separate and soon all there would be is spoken references in what was going on in the movies. The showrunners did say it made things much easier for them when they did keep things separate, including the story telling.
@pablocantillanopalma72243 жыл бұрын
I think it was Marvel tv division boss at that time, he didn't like to cross with the movie division of Feige, that kept every show separated and triggered Feige taking over tv division later on, that change is starting to reflect just recently with marvel studios and the production of tv shows for disney+
@Buc_Stops_Here3 жыл бұрын
@@pablocantillanopalma7224 You are talking about Jeff Loeb, who was fired last year who used to run Marvel TV with mixed success. Success on Netflix but was canceled by Netflix because they did not want to post Disney material they paid for which was going to compete with Disney+. He also did AOS, Runaways (Hulu), Helstrom (Hulu), The Gifted (FOX), Cloak & Dagger (Freeform) and he is still responsible for the upcoming Hulu series MODOK which had barely started production before he left - so that will be his last series for Marvel that Fiege does not control. It did. Theta protocol was the involvement of the Avengers in a Shield mission. “Did you find it “ was a reference to Baron Von Struckers hideout in Sokovia. That opening scene in Age of Ultron where the avengers are infiltrating that base, and iron man grabs the scepter, that was Theta Protocol.

Love this scene but it points out the problem with big budget sci-fi movies that threaten mass destruction. Ultron and his 'bots' didn't attack a large number of cities. Same with DC. Usually only one city and it's usually NYC.
@ghiggs83893 жыл бұрын
First Avengers the attack was starting in NYC as that is where the portal was, the idea was to spread out from there. Ultron had a rather ingenious plan of actually turning a city into an asteroid that would decimate life everywhere. Only one city needed. He wasn't trying to conquer, he was exterminating.
