Make a firewall around the fire to keep you safe while sleeping

@ageofthenorth you need also 'a gap' in the end of the hatchet and 'rope' through it. Add both, cuz you can lose it while doing hole in the ice, also you can create your own bow using "bending sticks above fire", it's then like a plastic gum

Lukas next time when you take liver on your adventures, throw an onion in that backpack and cook it with the liver. You will have a true southern American meal. People here either love liver or hate it. I grew up on it. Nice work on all your videos.

I saw a guy use moss as bedding. Of course it was wet/damp so he built a drying rack over the fire. By the time night was setting in he had built a bed that had to be foot thick, 30cm. Made me sleepy thinking about laying down on it.

Excellent winter harvest! I wish I had some of that for my barley soup. I did find some huge oyster mushrooms right before watching this. They'll go in the soup. Yall look like you're on the old chain gang busting those rocks. Getting it done though. The raspberry patch is looking killer, I can't wait to see how next years berry harvest is!

Even in southern Sweden where i am right now, it is normally mild winters, but right now we have got some siberian winds, with cold and snow, and icey roads and pavements

You got gaps all in your roof, need to close up the sides, put a tarp over your roof, put that fire more inside of the front of shelter, make a fire wall around fire so heat will come back into shelter, put cedar twigs down for a floor.

i 100% understand, my only gripe was with how small they are lol. i feel like he rarely fits his body length. i have no issues with the sport, id actually like to get out there myself and do this. im just saying , would it not be more convenient to make the shelter a bit bigger @@1Fracino
