Even with 1 Damaging Item and 4 Tank item is usually how Morde is built in League PC Boots will always be defensive like Merc tread or Plated. Plus Wild Rift advantage of having a tier 3 upgrade for boots is more flexible than it's PC version. You could build Morde as Pure Tank and still win.
