Yes, this similar incident was heard and reported the other day where Nagaland polices chased one boy in civilian dress and tried to murdered him.. At last the team were identified as crime branch.. In this cased also, why do the polices had to murdered the victim this mysterious way by crashing him to death by a running vehicle. Wonders..
