Im an Indian and Ranveer I Didn’t come to your podcast via bollywood or any celebrity. I actually came across your podcast because of Dr. Radha Pillai and Mayur Kalbag. Honestly this mellow environment you create accordingly to the guest by either your questions or body language is the balance you’re keeping between being an intellectual and an entertainer. Keep it up. Har Har Mahadev!

I met my first Aghori baba in Udhaipur. He had a bone in his hand. Aghoris are so cool. I think it one of the more beautiful philosophies. What worth has a rose without the shit it grew from. You are not to keep favourites, so you leave everyone, go live with the dead, to honor the cycle of life. I was told in group they could consume any poison, drink a case of whisky and transform it to the purest nectar in their bodies.Har har Mahadev. Alakh Naranjan

Yes I agree these outstanding interviews should be telecast in mainstream TV. But I respectfully differ with your opinion on Bigg Boss show format..May be BB Hindi messed up now but BB Kannada is super hit for many years..think this way.. BB is simulation of real world scenarios and behaviour analysis..yes provided the contestants and host are intelligent & talented.. I learned a lot and I am in 40s working in Indian MNC 😊 Advice you to watch The Truman Show (1998) Hollywood movie carefully.. your perspective will definitely change 👍

Never really had the chance to go to places where I would want to go like varanasi, sabari malai, etc. I've actually never went to any spiritual places because of my parents. I wish I would in the future. But I thought i was the only one who were thinking alot about spirituality and it felt like a love in that sense, I started feeling pleasant and joyful when i meditate and looking at the sun alone. Thank you for putting these gems out, Ranveer. Would love to see Sri M on the show. His autobiography, 'Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master' has a lot of elements which were discussed in this podcast and many more phenomenal, out of the world experiences are described in it. It's a beautiful read.

There’s a practice in Scandinavian/Northern Shamanism called Útiseta (sitting out) that is a sort of wilderness meditation that is most often done in cemeteries and/or burial mounds. It’s mostly done to connect with ancestors, as that is a common form of worship. Just thought some might find that interesting.

It is sad that Europe lost all of its original indigenous culture.

@@SodiumSyndicate there are still pockets here and there, but yea mostly gone. I really wish Christianity hadn’t been so thoroughly successful in Europe/Americas.

@@jackjohnson2309 Do you know where one can find these pockets in Europe where Christianity hasn't destroyed the original religions/spirituality of Europeans?
@jackjohnson2309
@jackjohnson2309 Жыл бұрын
@@SodiumSyndicate nowhere in particular, mostly just scattered rural communities who have been more isolated and managed to hold into “old ways”. The Saami of northern Norway/Sweden/Finland still practice an indigenous form of “shamanism”, but their status is more akin to those of Native Americans, in that they’re “endangered”. Iceland has preserved quite a few pre Christian traditions but they’ve been reduced to “folklore” and “fairy tales” mostly. Cornwall and other western parts of England have preserved some pre Christian witchcraft, parts of Ireland as well. It’s really kind of random.

Children at my age (14) :- Getting into relationship, breakups, alchohols, drugs, forgetting our culture. Meanwhile me :- Watching all the podcasts, knowing deeply about our country and hidden cultures, making myself more spritually upgraded, As a 14 yr old, i feel very happy and blessed that i'm provided with such brilliant information by amazing podcasters, i feel like every teenager should know about our religion and culture, all that trending things are just materialistic pleasures they wont last long, but being one with god will give you the utmost pleasure and peace, being addicted to god is much more better than being addicted to materialistic things, Thankyou ranveer bhaiya for making such podcasts ❤
