AgileBob, great video on swarming. This technique can help people not slip into unsynchronized work and helps people see the silos or stove pipes they may work in. I have found it to be important to keep people on task and working through conflict when it comes up. When you have so many people tackling the same project/problem at the same time it's bound to happen. Great video!

Thanks. This is such an overlooked way to help teams gain velocity and predictability. It reminds me of the commercials that said "That's not natural!" but it sure does work!
