The Sprints for your organization run for 21 days but the default Sprint duration in the system is 14. Update the default Sprint duration in the system to reflect your company's standards. how to change that...?

How to convert incident into a story? their is no option to add it into backlog like the defect one sir.

in unified backlog incident can be added to sprint work on that but to convert from incident to story you need to customize lile create UI action

you need to create group, make sure you are giving right role to right user
