When I was in Athens over thanksgiving week, I got the severe rain storm warning on my phone too , but all it did was drizzle for a couple of days and the rest of the week was actually sunny…. AB Vasilopoulos was my favorite store growing up and it was mostly what we had back then in Glyfada. The food at East Pearl looked amazing and that cinnamon roll had me drooling 😂 Walking home at night and casually glance up at the Parthenon all lit up at night is certainly a privilege and I’m just so jealous LOL ! Even with all the humidity because of the rain, your hair looked great in every scene 👍🏻 I just love your videos !
@agirlandherpassport13 күн бұрын
It kept going after the 1st. It would drizzle and then pour. Mostly overnight. East Pearl is so good and they are so nice there. I never get tired of seeing the Parthenon.Thanks!!

It's been soggy in in Kalamata. I find that without a clothes dryer, I need to keep a watchful eye on the weather predictions so I can get laundry washed and hung up on the balcony. 😅

I dry mine inside but it still takes forever. I have been running my space heater by it so it goes faster.

That plant on the table on your deck is beautiful. What is it, and how long have you had it? I know you bought a basil for your deck not long after you moved it. That isn't it, is it??
@georgekoul16 күн бұрын
Basil.Its everywhere in Greece. Almost every house have at least one plant

Basil! That isn't the original one. That one died in the heat. I now have a watering system so it is loving life there.

Since you were so impressed with the cashier…..I feel that American students should be required to learn a foreign language starting in elementary school and required through high school graduation ……my opinion is that it should be Spanish since we have so many Spanish speakers in our hemisphere.
@agirlandherpassport13 күн бұрын
I wish it was too. I had four years of Spanish but it didn't stick much.

You have enough Greek words learned to start the videos with a “Kali mera”. I did hear you say “Kalispera” good for you. But reason I’m saying this is to show the world that you live in Greece and they don’t need to talk American to you. And give the vibe that the world needs to talk to Americans in American.
@agirlandherpassport13 күн бұрын
Yes, I did say it. They do need to speak English to me as otherwise it would be a very short conversation in Greek. I will get there.
@speez335413 күн бұрын
@ I meant to the camera to us. You are giving the vibe that you can live anywhere in the world and Americans don’t need to learn. We your viewers would like to hear you speak Greek.
@sakisathan917616 күн бұрын
Why don't you take some Greek language classes? You're a clever girl; you'll learn it fast.
