Thanks for the October update. I was there in August and already having withdrawals from missing Greece so much..:Sorry you fell! Those marble surfaces everywhere are killer. It seems that there is no perfect shoe for traversing those Athenian streets, especially God forbid any type of moisture hits them…🌧️ Enjoy the cooler weather… 🍁🍂🍁

Here is a hot tip. If you go to Athens, you only need 3 days in Athens to see all the sites.. Get the next plane out and head for Crete. Crete will bow your mind.

Coming to Athens for a few days in early NOV. (Yup one of those CDN pax getting off cruise ship. 😉) Spent a week on Paros before getting on the ship in Piraeus. Wow, what a good experience there (Paros). Looking forward to seeing Athens’ highlights. So this vid was timely and enjoyable for me. (And thanks for the warning about the stairs! My general rule is no stairs for me without a rail, but found rails are not as plentiful as in Canada and the US. Love your vids - please keep ‘em comin’ 😊

I’m so thrilled you like my country! I’m visiting Athens next month over thanksgiving week and will be staying in the Syntagma square area! I was in Varkiza for a week the end of August and can’t wait to get back. When you’re around Acropolis museum please try out Greek stories restaurant,if you haven’t already…. Great dishes including vegan choices! It’s on makrygianni st side. Also try Tzitzikas&Mermigas or Mezze next to each other on Metropoleos st. Near Syntagma sq. When in Glyfada the best place to have bifteki is George’s, there since 1965 I’m in the process of buying an apartment in Glyfada ! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I enjoy them a lot ! Greetings from Florida USA.
