like finding a wild berry bush in nature, agitation free is a beautiful find in the diverse selection of the krautrock forest, what a great band. "2nd" is so good, it channels something very sacred within me when i listen to it.

Hoenig I am familiar with and went on to make some incredible stuff, but the duo of Gunther and Rausch on bass and drums are incredible here. Very tight and the solid backbone of the enterprise.

IMHO the greatest A. F. song ever, and also the best version of all existing versions of Laila II (sometimes called also Laila pt. 2). This Paris television recording can also be found on the album Last, slightly different in two aspects: The version on the LP Last is a little bit slower. On the other hand, Michael "Fame" Günther's bass can be heard very clearly on the LP, while in the ORTF recording here you can see Fame working very hard, but hardly hear it. And this bass has to be heard, it is played with virtuosity. R.I.P. Fame, R.I.P. Joschi (guitar).

pas un commentaire en français sur cette émission de la bonne vieille ORTF ! bon, le présentateur parle de cet OVNI d'Agitation free avec ce sérieux d'un chroniqueur animalier, mais ça avait le mérite d'exister ! pour ceusses qui ne connaissent pas Agitation Free, c'est de la musique instrumentale improvisée d'avant garde de l'époque 1970, avec des thèmes de guitare intéressants alternés avec des bruitages de synthé. ça permettait de décompresser un peu entre 2 albums de Led Zep et/ou Deep Purple (ou autre groupe de hard de cette époque), ou de se faire un trip tranquille avec sa petite amie.
