Update: I'd like to report that I began my sprinting practice yesterday and I cannot believe how my feet and legs feel today! They feel SO relieved and have so much less pain and tightness than before. I'd like to thank Agla again for her reading of "catching up" to them, and for confirming my own intuition. That confirmation holds so much value for me because why am I getting the idea to sprint if my legs hurt? Lo and behold, it turns out to be my medicine 😅.
