At 3:51 your trim path begins at the bottom of the "O" whereas when I do it the trim path starts at the top. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Also at 12:38 when changing scale, the stroke layer appears under the solid layer as scale is increasing.

for the stroke layer, it also happened to me, however I changed the duration of the stroke layer, by letting it finish right when the keyframe of the pop-up starts. In this way, the stroke layer would disappear, even because it's not useful anymore
