What few people realize is that Agnetha wrote almost all songs on her early albums herself. Sometimes in a collaboration, like with this song where she collaborated with Bosse Carlgren who wrote the lyrics, yet those early albums have only few cover versions or songs written by Björn & Benny. She was a talented composer, I think, and it is a shame she only contributed 2 compositions to ABBA's song library ("Disillusion" and "I'm Still Alive" - both have really lovely melodies). Thank you for all your wonderful compositions, Agnetha! ❤

This comes from an album that came out in 1975 called "Elva kvinnor I ett his" ( 11 women in a house") I bought it on import at the time thinking it would be just " euro rubbish" ,how wrong I was ( glad to say) .The whole album is packed with really great tunes ,very continental ( as you would expect) and Romanic without being slushy .As an added surprise there's the original " S.O.S" in Swedish.All in all a great pop record.

The ABBA girls: Agnetha: considered a studio produced singer. Her blonde hair and a Euro butt article kinda defined her. Does not have the reputation that Frida has among peers. Frida: identified in grade school for her keen ear and vocal skills. She has always been taken seriously by music peers since she was very young. She worked at her craft, to refine her talents. 1956, too young to turn pro she preformed in charity events. 1958, age 13, still not legal, she was hired anyway to front orchestra's. Then a big band. Then Anni-Frid Four, 1963-1966. 1964, won National Best Vocalist. 1967, her big break, another major National Best Vocalist win. Frida made her name in live on stage environments: Stage theater cabaret TV & radio shows ALL LIVE!
