AGNI-6 tested by the DRDO? | New technologies Implemented.

Defence Research and Development Organisation (#DRDO) conducted first successful flight test of indigenously developed Agni-5 missile with Multiple Independently Targetable Re-Entry Vehicle ( MIRV) technology. The flight test named Mission Divyastra was carried out from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Island in Odisha. Various Telemetry and radar stations tracked and monitored multiple re-entry vehicles. The Mission accomplished the designed parameters.

If India is for some reasons hesitant to officially test Agni-6 missile , it should test Agni-5 missiles with range of 10 K Km , 12K Km and 16K Km ranges like the Bramos missiles whose range is being continuously enhanched the from original of 290 Km.

*Video request:* On topic of Fast Breeder Reactors and how much we can leverage a fleet of, say ten FBR-600 to increase production of our weapons grade fissile material? Now that PFBR-500 has started (and hopefully will go critical in a few months), govt. might be looking at fleet-mode deployment of FBR-600. Although, not sure how much used fuel from PHWR is available right now, so FBR rollout might be constrained. A video discussing these constraints, combined with the need for more nuke warheads (now that we have both MIRV and SSBNs) would be a great one to watch from someone of your level.
