Been a really long time since I made bread by hand. This looks fantastic. Will want to try once I get moved. And please please consider printing all your recipes into a cookbook. Everyone I've seen you cook is scrumptious. And I'm 70 years young and have seen a lot of recipes. Also I don't have a way to print and arthritis stops me from doing a lot of writing.

I actually shouted “YAY!” when I heard rain! I’m looking forward to making this bread. I’m relatively new at bread making, beginning with covid, but I’m thoroughly enjoying it. My husband especially likes trying my endeavors!😉no complaints yet🌻

Hi Constance I'm a bread baker too, but since it's just my husband and I, not sure if we could eat all that before it goes stale. I might give it a go anyway. Thanks for sharing and glad you got some rain for your garden.

You can divide the dough in half, and make two loaves. Freeze one for later on :)
