Yesterday (Friday) was my niece birthday, so we went to a restaurant to eat with a few of her cousins, uncles, etc I haven't sat down and ate at any restaurant for over two years, I had ordered a few times but only to go, like I mention I had a panic attack at a different restaurant over two years ago, and I ran out, while my ex-gf, and daughter stayed and finished their food.
For me two stay at this restaurant yesterday for two hours, it felt great.

Wow! Good job! I used to have trouble going to restaurants. As soon as I got inside my appetite would go away because of my anxiety. If you work hard it'll be gone before you know it! Just keep at it, for me it helped to walk in a wooded area. Walking helps hugely with anxiety! I believe in you!

You're a super articulate and smart individual. If you put your mind strong enough anything you do you will be able to do it. Push yourself. You seem to have this figured it out as long as you keep being a do-er and doing these tasks and normalzing your anxiety you can't go anywhere but up. Good luck dude.

Keep up the good work, man! You got a lot of people (from Reddit) looking forward to your success! You may already know this but DEEP BREATHS are huge in helping to overcome the feelings of anxiety/panic. If you can habitualise taking deep breaths anytime you feel anxious or an increased heart-rate/blood pressure, it will seriously help you push forward overall. Breathing is KEY in overcoming these types of situations. Thank you for documenting it in this way. You're an inspiration to a lot of people.

Hey Jonny. I think a lot of people have moments of anxiety in different situations which is completely normal but it's much more difficult to appreciate something that becomes crippling to a lifestyle. It's great that you are showing what it's like to live with this and more importantly work through it and getting better. Only the best wishes and hope your progress will only keep getting better, in fact I am sure of it!

Good on you, mate. You're trying to make a difficult and significant change that will have nothing but a positive effect on your life. I have panic attacks all too often and for the same reasons you get them. I don't like being around more than a few people. I don't like being in public. I don't like answering my door when I have mail delivered. I completely get where you're coming from. I'm proud of you for doing what you're doing. It's hard, but know that you're not alone.

I think we're just worried that other people are going to judge us based off our Anxiety, and if we have a panic attack in front of other people we don't know, we want to run, and hide, however by doing so we start to avoid going out, when I didn't have Anxiety, panic attacks I used to talk to random people all the time, but once starting having panic attacks I started avoiding enjoying life, but I'm pretty much back to the person I was, but Anxiety gave me a new meaning in life, never judge someone because you never know that person might be hurting from the inside, and trying their best not to show it.

One time when i was agoraphobic someone made the remark, "you're one of those people" i had an attack and left in the middle of a dinner with my girlfriends family and i ran about 18 km to get home, no one understood and everyone called me crazy i've gotten through this and i know that others can as well, it just takes allot of time and effort, thank you for sharing and i wish you well

Good work on the video! It's good that your panic attacks had been less :) You should try becoming a professional vlogger sometime, you definitely have the talent. I have never heard of agoraphobia until now, thank you for making these videos to help educate people like me about it! Would love to see more of these videos.

Keep it up man! Every day you make progress. Just a little more. And it's okay to have a bad day, all because you have a bad day doesn't mean you can't have a good one later. To help out with how you deal with panic attacks within your comfort zone you need something to occupy your busy mind. Try something new that you've never done before. Especially if it's difficult. Like a new language, a musical instrument, how to play chess. Doing that will actually restructure your mind in a manner where you're not thinking about anxiety. And you might pick up a few cool skills.
