AGPA Lo owner is alive . this is 2010 registration. In agpa. Owner is compulsory or not. Owner one person ki agpa registration chesafu. Ippudu second person naaku registration chesthunnadu. It is valid or not. How can I do sir.

bank loan is issued based on your salary slip, but not based on the property. C has to take NOC etc from A. Legally C is buying from A. Just my opinion.
