the best way to get rid of tiny fruit flies naturally is to hang a small net or old lady stocking full of laurel herb leaves. very very effective. you can use dry or fresh leaves. I always hang in between my grapes fruit plant. no need to use net covers.

Hi sir, nappanood ko po sa previous video na ang binhi ng lettuce na ginagamit ni sir ay galing sa Rijk Zwaan. Naipakita po sa video na 100% po ang germination rate niya, may kamahalan po kumpara sa iba pero sulit dahil lahat ng seeds ay nag germinate po. Ang paraan po ng pag tanim ay mapapanood din po doon sa video. Sa mga kagamitan naman po, naipakita po sa video kung anong klaseng pipe, zise, at iba pa na kailangan sa NFT system. Hi! I am new to your channel. Since I started eating vegetables almost everyday I told myself I shall start planting veggies in my small yard. kami ay isang bahay na tatatlo lang na matatandang babae. Di ko maisip kung paano ako makapagtayo ng hyrdroponic setup para sa aming kailangan sa kitchen. Kindly advise where I can buy a semi NFT set up complete with shelving and pipes just so I can start planting. I started to experiment with PET bottle, then with cocopeat in a pot. For an old lady who never thought she can plant a seed, it gave me much joy to see the seeds start sprout. Please help me continue this happiness that I discovered late in life. Some adjustments on this design in my opinion: 1. Apply Epoxy Priming Paint on the steel members - on steel pipes and angle bars, to avoid corrosion and additional lifespan of 20 years of the steel frame. 2. Adding additional braces on the bottom parts of the angle bar steel base - to provide support sa horizontal angular base. Remember, it carries the weight of the rectangular pvc pipes, plus the water and the plant itself. 3. Replacing the styrofoam end cover (of the rectangular pvc pipes) with a real rectangular pvc end cap - it can be bought from the same supplier of the downspout. 4. Replacing the improvised net cover with a roll-up type net cover. - easier access to and from the plants. More aesthetically pleasing. 5. Adding hanging net bag of Bay/Laurel leaves, dried or fresh - helps avoid insects 6. A smaller water container will do - a big blue drum looks heavy to the eyes, plus a smaller container could be outiftted in a suspender manner. 7. Adding a utility box - since the setup needs electrical supply, a weather-proof housing for the electrical supply (outlet or extension) near the frame is a must. 8. Replacing tox screws with anchor bolts - tox screws tend to "slide-out" over time, especially in this case. But anchor bolt doesnt. 9. Adding bolts for floor mounting - with a properly primed steel sticking on the floors with additional bolts, the frame wont shake even in sever typhoons and strong wind gusts.
