After the La Havre 2-player review had to come back and check this out. I think my wife would like both of these. She enjoys Agricola... but never wants to play more then 2 players, and she does stress out about the food. Hrmm. Another one to consider.

Special rules like the feeding u mentioned in Agricola can be decided to change/removed if al players agree on how to do so, that way it could be more fun (Never played it thou) But some times when i play setlers of catan with my cusins, to be able to play faster we remove the dice 7 roll of discard half of ur cards if above 7 rule. This mean u can save ur cards more and do more one round. U still get to steal and block a reasorce, but since ur not accedentaly loosing half ur cards. This may sound wierd, but its realy usefull for the once in the botom, but its also strong for the top. Any ways, if a rule or play mekanik ruins the game, just change it, write it down or agree on it. To make it more fun/faster or even more challanging. But this video kinda made me undecicive if i should get any version of Agricola, thanks :)

Looks interesting, but it kind of feels like I would be paying most money for stuff I already own. In fact, as for the animals, I already have them twice (once from the second Agricola edition, once from the Goodies expansion). If I already have the animals/workers/stables/fences/much prettier ressources, couldn't I just print out the cardboard pieces and have the same game? Ah, what the hell, I bet I'll be endig up buying this anyways...

Completely forgot breeding which is really the only way to make points off farm animals... otherwise, good review!
