I have two questions …. 1) We have a agricultural land may be owned since last 3/4 generations ( I don’t know when and who bought the said piece of agricultural land ) . Now we the kids and grand kids of three brothers have decided to make a partisan among existing legal heirs. How to make documents ? A sale-deed in my name is to be made or any other legal documents is to me made against which I may have to pay or receive some money. 2) After I possess, as a NRI , the said land as I can’t cultivate, can I rent or lease the said land to someone against an legal / registered

I have two questions….. 1) We have some agricultural land scattered at three different sites which must have been owned by 3/4 generations ahead of us. Now we the kids/grand kids have decided to make partisans between the families of three brothers and again sub-partisans are to be made . Some one may or may not get land , some one has to pay and receive money. Here what type of documents are to be executed ? 2) If I get a piece of land , as an NRI I cannot cultivate but can I give it on rent/lease to a resident against a valid registered documents for cultivation purposes?

Sir Mei OCI Hu and my son is also OCI. I inherited agricultural land from my father. So later on can my son also inherit the same agricultural land from me as an OCI…..I.e from OCI father to OCI son? Pls suggest. Thanks
